15 Wordspace members

Hi trello community, we have 3 board with 15 wordspace member, may i know which package is suitable for subcription to continue the services provided by trello?

Hi @Ost173 KHSoo 

You need at least 1 billable members to move to a paid plan. You would then require 15 paid members if all 15 are accessing 2+ boards.

However, if there are users who only need access to a single board - you could make them single-board guests, which are free on paid plans!

You can also get an estimate from within Trello, to give you an idea on what it would cost based on your current setup:

1. Go to Trello's homepage
2. On the left-hand side, open the settings options next to your Workspace ("v" icon)
3. Select Settings
4. Next, on the left-hand side select Workspace settings > Upgrade workspace
5. Scroll to the bottom of each list; this will provide you pricing estimates

Trello's billing is based on user count and roles. Billable users include board members and multi-board guests. You can find out more about the billable criteria here: https://support.atlassian.com/trello/docs/how-billing-works-with-trello-premium-and-standard/
