  • Free guest: A person is is invited to a single board in a Workspace is a single-board guest. This user is not billable.

Hi there! I found information that single-board guests are not billable (see above). We have 12 of them. And on the same time, we have only 9 users (4 Workspace managers and 5 multi-board guests).
So I considered that we would stay in the conditions of Free Workspace. But we received messages about the changes from 10 May. Why?
Also, if anyone can delete the users somehow?

I'm afraid you can't stay free, as the "Single Board guest" feature is only something that takes effect on Paid plans (free plans need to stay below 10 users regardless of how they are set up)... So you need a paid plan Where you then do not need to pay for the 12 of them.
