Too big and ugly icon in the Windows 10 start menu.

After the last update, the icon in the start menu has become huge and ugly compared to the others.  Please fix it.

The icon used here on the forum is much better and follows the Fluent Design style.

This is how Windows chooses to hanfle the icon, not something Trello can control much.  Try renaming the tile, that should add a bit of text below the icon, which will make it autoscale to something smaller, rather than distort.
