How to calculate actual hours to complete for a card

Hello

I would like to share a use case that I would like to implement in my company, but I don't know how.

We are using Trello and create cards for each task. These cards include starting and finishing dates and the total amount of hours (planned value).

During the execution, actual hours are booked to each card, so we can see if the actual hours are over or under the total planned value.

What I would like to implement is a calculation of the actual to complete. This means the actual hours plus the planned hours to complete. For this we need a way to introduce the distribution of hours along the period in each card (with a graph or table) in order to know the remaining planned hours at any moment of time.

This will allow us to see the deviations much earlier, with the possibility to apply countermeasures.

Can you please tell me how this can be implemented in Trello?

Thank you
