Designing a group profit chart

I have a landscape maintenance company with multiple crews. I am new to trello , I want to design a board to have crew leaders input date, estimated man hours ,worked hours and number of crew members .With this info daily I would like to use butler power up to do some of it but I would like to produce a production number and  graphs to show in consistency in there weeks numbers . I would like some help if there is any one out there to help .

@eric menges For collecting the data, the custom fields power up will be ideal. It's available on mobile, so your team can type their numbers into fields on various cards as required.

Butler would be useful for creating notifications that would put the required card "right in front" of the person, in particular my strategy for field staff is usually to have a "notification driven" interface approach.

That is, at the correct time each day, Butler can create a card (perhaps copied from a template) for the day's data collection and post a comment. If you post a comment with "@board" or "@card" everyone who is a member of the board or card will get a notification on their mobile so they can just tap it, get access to the card where they need to input their data and type it in.

Butler won't be useful for aggregating and reporting on the numbers, though. Really what you want to do is grab that information and chuck it in a spreadsheet.

This is a good primer on how to use Google Sheets for Trello reporting:

That guy's work has been the basis for the Trellinator framework I created:

https://trello.com/integrations/#trellinator

The only issue is that his work long predates the custom fields power up... but if you wanted to take the approach of putting the days numbers into a spreadsheet based on custom fields you could do something like this in Trellinator:

You can see how to set up Trellinator here:

Lain thank you that is alittle advanced for this landscaper lol . Is there a service cost for you or some one out there to design and implement some thing like this ?
