Attachment as a photo instead of a paperclip or OneDrive logo

I have a need to attach photos, or pdf documents to the cards. I have used power up to add OneDrive connection which is where all of my photos resides.

I found when I go to attachments, there were some that will show up as a photo and file name next to it.  Then there were others where it will show a paperclip, or OneDrive logo with file name next to it. It is not consistent and I cannot figure out when a photo will show up and when it won't.

To help my team member, the attachment has to have a photo or else they will have to click on each of the paperclip or OneDrive logo to find out what it is because the file names were not definitive.  Please let me know why this is happening and what can be done so that all attachments will show up as a photo whether if they are .jpg or .pdf.

Thanks,
