Such a cool competition!
Really inspired me to do more with Trello!

My family is now using it for summer Portugal trip.
We've broken it up into each day in a calendar style and whilst it doesn't look like much now but we're building up ideas for daily activities bit by bit.
Most important and what I find the best part, is that flights, hotel, rental bookings are all in there as screenshots.
Keeps it all nicely contained in one place.
(And with European 4G network on my phone, accessible anywhere)

Next up... a Trello board for that KOREA TRIP ! ! !
