The Atlassian Learning Path "Become an effective Jira admin" is probably the first place to start studying for an Atlassian exam. Another great resource is the Detailed exam topics in the cert description, which are very thorough with links to help articles in the Community and elsewhere. If you have admin access to an existing instance of Jira cloud and can create a "test" project to work in and practice, that would be ideal (or as @Benjamin mentioned, install a Free instance of Jira cloud, which would give you 30 days to get familiar with a lot of the Admin capabilities).

There's lots of information spread throughout the Atlassian community. This questions has been ask by various members throughout the years. 

Having pass the ACP-100 myself, it is best to practice and setup up your own test instance. Follow the Atlassian documentation for jira administration. Once you have understood the concepts based  on the exam guide, you can proceed registering for the exam. Just memorizing concepts really has no value since it is not being applied. Hands-on is the way to go. 

If you check out the information about the ACP-100 on Atlassian University, they do provide you the topics and sample exam questions to get a feel of the format
