Future topics for University

We’d like a pulse on the training content you’d like to see from University. In the past, we’ve developed a tutorial series on JQL and will start work on Kanban content, both topics resulting from customer feedback. Think of both self-paced tutorials and even longer full-blown webinar type courses.

I'd love to see a good tutorial on issue workflows, statuses, screens, and themes...and how they all relate to each other.

For self-paced tutorials, it would be great to have one on how to create an amazing dashboard using filters (maybe even building on the JQL one). It would be great to refer newbies to this so they can mine the data and get more out of their system.

Thanks for this Carolyn! Creating a set of tutorials about JSW reports is already in our backlog. This is a great suggestion.
