Personnally I have 4 years experience this topic and was suprise on some confusing topic if you do naot pay attention and if your do not place yourself in the proper context

Passed with 80 %

I will have an exam in August. Could you please share some examples of the topics that you remembered the most? For example managing users, boards etc.? What would you say are the most important/complicated topics that helped you pass?

hello @Sebastian B , there were not complicated topics but the most tricky which spend e more time are :

• JQL querry syntax
• Automation

For user management they were things like when different Directories gets configured and what you need to do or cannot do when you delete or desable a user

Honestly if you go for the 100 sample question in the learning path and you do no or few mistakes and understand the reason , it will help a lot

Moest questions are from that samples but presented in an other way arround, careful the details and the NEGATIV form of the question
