Is taking just the ITSM with Jira Service Management Foundations pre courses enough to pass the exam? Or is the other documentation that anyone recommends to pass this test. This would be my first certification so I'm a little nervous.
I haven't taken this one yet, however it is my next scheduled exam. In my experience with other exams, the pre-courses get you close, but you need general knowledge of the exam topics that may not be directly covered in the pre-course. For this exam I would expect any ITSM-related questions to be fair game, however, I wouldn't expect them to be too deep.
Yes I was able to pass it at Team 24 with just the pre-courses.

@Malee The prep course will certainly get you very close, but it would also help to also play around in a Jira Service Management project.

@Malee if you have been using JSM for a couple of years I think you should be fine.
Personally, I find that terminology study is the most important I end up using "non-Atlassian" terms when communicating about things with coworkers.
Good luck! I hope you can comment back here that you passed!

Congratulations! I am about to take the examination next week and was hoping if you could share some tips on preparing? I just started using JSM two months ago and do not have a lot of hands-on experience. What other than prep courses would you recommend ? Thank you so much!
