Atlassian University is coming soon (this sounds like the best solution for the situation you described).

Until then, there is private, paid webinar training put on by Atlassian staff.

Currently I'm not satisfied in the way that training is provided. Our requiremet is to provide our business clients with a training, and they come from various organizations.

I hope if Atlassian could allow a defined number of external users to be added at a reasonable cost, or any other sustainable model for both Atlassian and us.

Cheers!

I just want to give a thumbs up for JIRA 4 Essentials. It was very helpful in helping me to get started and focus on what was important in configuring the platform for project use. It's great for new Jira Administrators.

CustomWare provides the product training (http://www.atlassian.com/training/product-training/) and users purchase it through the Atlassian website. Atlassian does not provide professional services other than this, but our expert Sales Engineers are available by email (sales@atlassian.com) and phone (+1 415.701.1110) in San Francisco.

Yes - would love to hear an update on Atlassian University

http://blogs.atlassian.com/news/2011/02/atlassian-university-beta.html

Otherwise, many partners offer training or mentoring, and sometimes the second is more useful - since custom to the companies' users and implementor' specific business needs - not just JIRA outa the box.

Few customers stop at outa-the-box in my experience - and imho, JIRA is a journey - not a one-time destination. Grow it with your company.
