e.g. If a customer intends to implement Jira over his company, and he wants to get all colaborators prepared to use that tool, does atlassian offer some kind of training?
Atlassian University is coming soon (this sounds like the best solution for the situation you described).
Until then, there is private, paid webinar training put on by Atlassian staff.
Currently I'm not satisfied in the way that training is provided. Our requiremet is to provide our business clients with a training, and they come from various organizations.
I hope if Atlassian could allow a defined number of external users to be added at a reasonable cost, or any other sustainable model for both Atlassian and us.
Cheers!

Otherwise, many partners offer training or mentoring, and sometimes the second is more useful - since custom to the companies' users and implementor' specific business needs - not just JIRA outa the box.
Few customers stop at outa-the-box in my experience - and imho, JIRA is a journey - not a one-time destination. Grow it with your company.
