Could you specify what is considered a home screen for certification process?

In the requirements it says that a channel is obliged to fully render a home screen within 20s on the low-end device. 

My question is what is considered a home screen? 

For example: if our channel has an account picker that which is shown to the user on the start of the channel is it considered a home screen? 

Or should we consider the actual grid of videos that we have on the home page to be the home screen? And if so how should we measure the start up time? (I am asking because there's a manual step that requires the user to pick a profile)

This question is unlikely to still be relevant to you anymore @Tim Veretennikov but I am curious to know what certification you were studying towards when you wanted to know more about the "home" screen.
