Thank you @Ben Thoma the link you sent is to schedule the exam, not the link that has my already scheduled exam. That’s the one that I was able to access via PSIEXAMS. But luckily, I was able to find my exam. Thank you!
Hi, I'm trying to take the course (Confluence Administration) which should be available as of today but clearly isn't ? Furthermore, I cannot see my training credits status nor my previously followed courses, so ... I don't know ? -- UPDATE : sorry, all is good now, the timezone difference appeared to be the major issue here ...
Hi! I've logged in into the new University yet I can't find the courses which I've already been enrolled in on your previous training platform. Any ideas how I could resolve it? Some of the courses were free ones and I can re-enroll but I also had a purchased coursed and I'd love to complete it.

@Julia G Sorry for that frustration. Our team is working diligently to bring everyone's historical records over to the new platform and the good news is: the expected timeline for this process to finish is today! Would you mind looking again on Monday and letting us know if you still don't see your historic info?
@Ben Thoma I appreciate the reply but it doesn't look good at all. Your course access has deadlines, as you're aware, I guess. And as a customer, I'm not fond of idea of having no access to what I paid for.
I have shown and proven a number of times that Atlassian exams have bugs, errors and incorrect questions, even after they are released into production - Reference Support Tickets (CA-1439881, CA-1439336, CA-1417050).
What assurance can you provide to the wider Atlassian community that the current Certification Exams are indeed error and bug free (i.e. they do not contain incorrect questions)?
Also, I do expect that Atlassian would provide a full refund of the exam $$ amount if it is proven by a customer that the exams are indeed incorrect and/or erroneous.
I received this reply from Atlassian, for the case of transparency I felt like it was necessary to broadcast this statement to the wider Atlassian community so that they are aware.
"Please note that test providers including Atlassian do not guarantee that an exam is free of errors nor do we refund fees if an error is found. If an error is determined to have affected your outcome, we have standard procedures for that."
