Is it possible to add the Assignee when quickly creating tasks

like in confluence with @user

JIRA also supports the @user functionality, however - this is useful only in the comments. 

For tasks, there should be a field called Assignee which you will be able to choose when creating the task.

ofcourse I want the Assignee field to be filled, when the task is created.
Just a faster way.
Maybe a plugin?

The only way to do it while creating the task is to add use the assignee field. 

If the task is already created - you can use keyboard shortcuts. select the issue and press 'a' which opens a pop-up that allows you to choose the assignee of the issue.
