I am an Admin and an Agent on a newly created Jira Service Desk Next-Gen project. However, I can't change the assignee neither the priority of created requests nor the status.
I tried everything and still can't change anything on the view attached to this question. I can add a comment, link issues but can't do the following:

Can someone please help me with this as we start having a lot of requests and I can't do anything with these.
