I have several calendars that no long show after updating my license to a renewed trial (purchase is coming). The error I am seeing is Page Not Found.
I'm not sure if this is the same error as we aren't seeing Page Not Found. We see
Unknown macro: 'calendar'
So it would appear as though they've revoked free access to the calendar macro in favour of subscribing to Team Calendars
