you must download thsi pakage
http://farhadi.ir/downloads/JalaliJSCalendar-1.4.tar.gz
and work on it
and then copy calendar-fa.js into same folder in jira calendar folder
and
in this file
atlassian-jira\WEB-INF\classes\calendar-language-util.properties
add line :
fa=calendar-fa.js
and in this file
atlassian-jira\WEB-INF\classes\system-webresources-plugin.xml
Copy this lines :
<web-resource key="calendar-fa" i18n-name-key="admin.web.resources.plugin.calendar.fa.name" name="Calendar"
state='enabled'>
<resource type="download" name="calendar-fa.js" location="/includes/js/calendar/lang/calendar-fa.js">
<param name="source" value="webContextStatic"/>
</resource>
</web-resource>
and defualt language must be persian -- that instaled it as a plugin
I do this all, but a java script error is occured ,now i work on it .
