Hello,
is it possible to forward an email when a supervisior approved a vacation in the tempo timesheet? We need to inform our HR-department about that. Actually only the user who asks for vacation is informed via mail.
Furthermore are there any events such as vacation approved which I can catch via the script runner plugin?
kind regards
Matthias
Hi Matthias,
Unfortunately it is not possible to forward an email when a supervisor has approved a vacation.
Regarding the script runner plugin, there's an event sent to the activity stream if a timesheet/plans (vacation) has been approved so maybe that's something you can work with.
Best regards,

Hello Sigrún Arna,
thanks for your quick answer. Do you have any code-snippet or further hint how to get in the acivity stream with the script runner. We have written some scripts and we listen to some standard events which provides JIRA but we don't have a concret idea how to catch the event via the acivity stream.
best regards,
Matthias

Matthias,
maybe it is worth a try to set the HR manager as a supervisor for each user and see if he gets a copy of the approved timesheet. See more here:

Otherwise I will ask you to submit a request on tempo.io for a better followup of that issue.
Thanks

Hi Matthias,
We're not providing any support regarding the script runner.
You might be able to get more information from Atlassian Support.
