Hello,
My Manager tried to share her calendar with her three team members. However, none of the three can gain access to it.
We all receive the below message despite she created the team and approved our access rights.
Could you kindly help on this pls?
Thank you in advance,
Harumi

Hi @Harumi Kura
To my knowledge, there is no such feature or functionality within Atlassian Access. Can you doublecheck which Atlassian product you are referring to (e.g. Confluence)or it is a third-party app installed?

Hi @Harumi Kura
Thanks for the image. I can see you are referring to Confluence Data Center.
Please forward this support document to the person who shared the link and he or she needs to modify the view permission to the calendar for the rest of you.
Only the people listed under These people can view this calendar in the restrictions dialog, and the calendar's creator, will be able to see the calendar. Remember, people also need view permissions for the space associated with this calendar to be able to see the calendar.

Thank you, Zoey.
If I understand you correctly, does she need to provide a permission not only sharing a page with us but also to provide the view permissions?
Thank you in advance,
Harumi

Do you know any other way to rectify the issue?
Thank you in advance,
Harumi

@Zoey Wang Hello! How are you?
Thank you for your assistance to sort it out.
My boss says she cannot find the directly above screenshot you shared with me.

Hi @Harumi Kura
Thanks for the screenshot but in this case please Go to Calendars in the Confluence space sidebar.
Your boss should be able to see the three dots next to the calendar's name. Click on the three dots, she will see Restrictions as shown
Then the view I shared earlier will be present. In your case, the list of users who can view the calendar is straightforward enough to be managed.
Here is the file link to the steps being mentioned
