With reference to the site's certificate invalid messages, it is typically a network site filter or restriction in place within your company's internal network blocking the Stride application from being used.
If you could provide images displaying what specific service or application is blocking Stride, that would be helpful. You can then take this up with your Network Team to allow Stride to be used.
