why cann't i see pull request that waits my approval on sourcetree?

hello,

currently, creating a pull request is not initiative through sourcetree. there is a short key and menu trigger for that but not a button like push, pull, fetch. 

moreover, if someone created a pull request and assigned me to approve, i can not see it in sourcetree. is there a way to deal with pull request through sourcetree?
