Why can I see only partial history from "log selected"?

I meant that if I select "log selcted" from a file in a specific commit, I will see the file history of this file up to this commit.

How can I see changes of this file after the commit?

I recommend using the File Status tab, "Show All", and type the name of the file in the top search bar.
