Where do I find the "Get help" tab?

I need to create a support request and I don't see the option for the get help tab.

Hi Sarah,

How you get support from Atlassian can vary depending on the product in question and your license agreement.  I'm not sure what product you are using here so forgive me, I'm going to write up a broad answer for many use cases here.

For Server product users with a 10 user starter license, or for free products like Sourcetree, all the technical support for these products are provided here in our Community site.  More details about the levels of support can be found in Atlassian Support Offerings.

However if you're using one of our Cloud products like Jira, Confluence, etc, you can go to https://support.atlassian.com/contact/

This contact page will provide you different kinds of support requests, such as Billing or technical support. 

  • In the case of Cloud sites, you will need to enter in the URL of your cloud site to be correctly routed to the appropriate support channel for you.  
  • For Server customers, in order to get support from Atlassian you need to know your SEN number (support entitlement number).  This is included in the license with the license key that can be accessed by the billing and technical contacts in https://my.atlassian.com

If you do not know your SEN, it's possible that technical questions would be routed directly here to Community instead.
