When release 3.4.8 (03.03.2022) will be available?

According to RL https://product-downloads.atlassian.com/software/sourcetree/windows/ga/ReleaseNotes_3.4.8.html in new version the Security Vulnerability CVE-2018-1285 for log4net is fixed, but it's not available for download. Can you send the download link?
