Hi Peter,

No, we will no longer publish to the Mac App Store. SourceTree is a developer tool, therefore it must do many things which don't adhere to MAS rules. It did these same things for a long time, even before the rules came into place. Apple allowed us to continue publishing for a while despite SourceTree unavoidably not being able to adhere to the guidelines.

SourceTree is perfectly safe to use and we are very strict on what the app can and can't do for your safety and security.

Thanks, makes sense... I will use downloaded version and whitelist for Gatekeeper if needed.
