Uninstall 1.9.13.7

While trying to upgrade to a higher version I accidentally deleted the file which contains the installation of version 1.9.13.7  causing the problem to deleting the entire file completely. I  try all sort o method to delete the old file. but .. a warning sign pops up asking to contact the company please help.

I'm not sure which warning sign are you seeing, can you send us a screenshot?

If my understanding iss correct, you want to delete the old version entirely and install the new one, is this right? Please clarify your situation so we can continue helping you.
