Unable to install latest version SourceTree on Windows 10

Hi Team Atlassian,

           I'd previously installed SourceTree Version 1.9.13.7 on Windows 10 and on it I'm trying to install latest version of SourceTree on it but it fails and not updating older version. Also I'm not able to remove or uninstall 1.9.13.7 version as well because of package installer error. Please help and suggest.

Hi Harshal, have you tried doing a clean install? These are the steps to follow:

1. Wipe Sourcetree preferences. 
2. Uninstall Sourcetree (if it shows on the App&Features list)
3. Backup then delete the directory below before proceeding with next step:
• Navigate to C:\Users\<UserName>\AppData\Local and delete Sourcetree & Sourcetree-Settings folder
• Navigate to C:\Users\<UserName>\AppData\Local\Atlassian and delete all Sourcetree Files/ folder.

1. Download SourceTree and install it. 

If you're still unable to proceed, please show us the log so we can have a look.
