Unable to install Sourcetree 3.3.9 on Windows 10

I was using sourcetree application without any issue till last week.

Now when I click the app, the blue welcoming screen shows and nothing happens after that. I did follow these steps:

 - Checked task manager and nothing on Sourcetree app.

- Tried re-installation / uninstall and reinstall new version.

Now installing new version Sourcetree 3.3.9 is also behaving same. 

Control panel shows an entry with new app. But I am unable to install it properly.

C:\Users\%user%\AppData\Local\SquirrelTemp
