Trying to install the latest SourceTree on my Windows 10 PC getting Installation has failed error.

Trying to install the latest SourceTree on my Windows 10 PC - and getting this error.

There are no log messages in the log.  Yes there is space on the drive.  I havent installed ST on this pc before.

Has anyone see this issue before?
