Too many invalid password attempts error when trying to push my commits

Edited

I am getting this error (see image below)

My git repos are created using bitbucket and I always use source tree.

I logged into id.atlassian.com fine, I've not even tried to log in so I don't understand why I am getting Too many invalid password attempts.

The last few days I have been committing and pushing fine.

Its infuriating. Any help would be amazing as I'm not sure what to do now, I have 3 commits waiting to be pushed.

Fixed this by setting up and using SSH instead.
