Hi,

welcome to the Atlassian Community!

The error message suggests there have been permission errors during launch.

Without knowing details about your PC and installation my best guess would be to try a reinstall and a cross check on some other PC if the error also occurs there.

Please also make sure to use the latest version of SourceTree.

In case you can provide some more details a user from Community is more likely being able to help.
