Sourcetree on macos constantly not responding on activity monitor

Hi Community

I've received a complaint from one of our users regarding sourcetree always failing to load,

when I check her device it seems like every time she opens the software it immediately gets stuck and in activity monitor the software appears to be not responding always even after force quitting,

when I've attempted to re-install it it didn't go through the normal installation it immediately returned to the state where you can view the last repo she was working on instead of the normal installation route,

did anyone encounter this? I've tried searching on google but couldn't find any mention? is there a file I should delete in order to completely delete sourcetree from her device?

She's running the latest macos sonoma 14.2.1 with macbook pro 16/32ram

So a developer from the team managed to fix this by deleting /Users/username/Library/Application Support/SourceTree folder on the user's mac and then we could re-install, I hope this helps someone
