Hi @Chris Wong,

Welcome to Atlassian Community!

You can remove any Sourcetree preferences (like settings, bookmarks, stored accounts etc) by deleting C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Local\Atlassian\SourceTree\ and C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Local\Atlassian\SourceTree.exe<random_string>\. If you are on Mac the directories you need to delete is ~/Library/Application Support/SourceTree/ and then you need to run this command: defaults delete com.torusknot.SourceTreeNotMAS

Once you removed the preferences you can remove the install directories by going to C:\Users\<UserName>\AppData\Local and remove sourcetree and sourcetree-settings directories.
