This question does not appear to have been resolved.
I have a red exclamation mark on the Remote icon on the toolbar. I can connect to remote repos ok. Tried all the delete remote details; re-enter stuff.
Interestingly I removed all but one repo from Sourcetree and all that was left was just a local repo with no remote and the mark is still there!!!
