Not able to use the token

From today I was not able to use the access token.
I am able to pull/push if I use :

git push https://<user>:<token>

But not from sourcetree.
I have removed my account info in sourcetree and recreated using OAuth, but:
on github I can see in the application authorization is only read mode and source tree is giving me:

git --no-optional-locks -c color.branch=false -c color.diff=false -c color.status=false -c diff.mnemonicprefix=false -c core.quotepath=false -c credential.helper=sourcetree fetch origin Permission denied (publickey).

fatal: Could not read from remote repository.

Also if I try to fetch.

Any Idea why?
