Not able to Install on Windows 10

Those new to the Atlassian Community have posted less than three times. Give them a warm welcome!
I am trying to install the latest version on my PC with windows 10. I get to the point where I need to link to my existing account. But the login page does not. Please see the screen shot below. I do have internet access, Tried disabling the firewall as well.
