How to add my account into Sourcetree?

When I am trying to add my account into SourceTree - Tools - Options - Edit Hosting Account, it is showing the following error;

Failed to check login for user.  Unable to connect to the host service. An error occured while sending the request. The request was aborted: Could not create SSL/TLS secure channel.

I can not push anything because of this error. Does anyone have a solution? 

Any help will greatly be appreciated. Thank you.
