For some bad reason every bug and feature request I've ever opened has been closed as Obsolete "issue affects a version we no longer support"....
Even though the issue was originally raised against an older version doesn't mean it still doesn't exist.
It's frankly a ridiculous reason to close a bug or feature request.
You're telling the wrong folks. We're users like you.
I got some of those emails, too. If your reports are still relevant, re-open them like the email said. Atlassian has thousands of issues registered just for the Windows SourceTree product, and if hundreds of them are open, but obsolete bugs, it can waste a lot of dev time closing those individually and looking for valid bugs.
