Encoding error in default diff view

Hi there!

When I'm try to watch difference in my one file - it shows cyrillic symbols (encoding windows-1251) wrong. But when I select all files - diff viewer show symbols normally

That's a wierd one.

I would file a bug report at jira.atlassian.com. This answers site is mostly community members with no ability to modify the application.
