Default author settings are ignored, my personal email is being used instead

When I go to commit a change, the default author should be my name + my work email. But somehow it is using my personal email. I never entered my personal email when setting up the various Sourcetree and Bitbucket accounts so I don't know where the information came from.

My default user information in the Options panel correctly shows my work information, as well as the "Advanced" tab under repository settings. However the author profile apparently ignores all of these settings and pulls my default profile (with personal email) every time I open the program.

To the best of my knowledge, my personal email is not tied to my various work accounts in any way, including my Windows ID.

How can I track down where my personal email is being set so I can remove it?
