You can just use the standard clone URLs (https or ssh) with SourceTree as remote URLs - they will work fine.
Projects hosted on this site won't show up in the 'Hosted Projects' view though since SourceTree only supports API integration with GitHub, Bitbucket and Kiln. But if you know the URLs you can just copy / paste or drag / drop them into SourceTree.
No, but I don't believe Codebase HQ have an API you can call to get this information anyway. The GitHub / Bitbucket / Kiln integration all operate via a REST API, which is a requirement.
But they do, actually they have to offer more functionality then the others, deployment, tickets, document, etc.
