Cannot see all repos in Sourcetree in Windows client only

When trying to find a Remote repository in Sourcetree, connected to my BitBucket Server in Windows, I can see most (30-40) of my repos, but I cannot see all of them.

Clicking "Load More" causes it to spin for a moment, but does not load any other repos.

The repo does exist and can be accessed by selecting the repo on the Bitbucket web interface and clicking the link "Clone in SourceTree", but, again, is not searchable.

This problem wasn't observed in the Mac version of Sourcetree, just the Windows version.
