Hello Atlassian Community,

I'm a newcomer to Bitbucket and Sourcetree. Having successfully installed these, I now want to clone my Bitbucket repo in Sourcetree. Login to both applications via MS account SSO is working fine and the workspace in Bitbucket is displayed as expected and is accessible:Screenshot 2024-05-14 130158.pngHowever, in Sourcetree I may select the URL but I am given an error message stating that the repo path is invalid. According to the detailed description, my credentials are invalid and the authentication failed, as shown below:

Screenshot 2024-05-14 125421.pngI tried deleting my Sourcetree account and setting it up again. Removing and resetting Bitbucket is not an option as I'd have to delete my entire Atlassian account to do so and I'm using further Atlassian tools within my company.

Can anyone help me with this?

I have the same problem with SourceTree trying to clone my Git repository and locks my Active Directory account on the domain.

I can clone the repo using Git command line to a local folder.

I can logon to Git repo from SourceTree and get it authenticated. I can see the remote repo but as soon as i select 'clone' on the repo, it flags the repo as invalid and the info I get from SourceTree returned with status code 'Unauthorised'. Authentication failed.

How do i overome this?

I will be interested on how this can be overcome.  the error kept saying the CAPTCHA
