Can't install sourcetree 3.3.8 on Win 7 64 bit and Win 10 64 bit

I have two machines - running Windows 7 64 bit and Windows 10 64 bit.
All fresh new install. Try to install sourcetree 3.8.8
Get login form to bitbucket. I open it in browser, accept all permission what form asking for me and nothing, installation stuck.
I find if antivirus software are running - than form not opened but when it is stooped it shows successful windows but it not helps you to continues installation. What to do?
