Can't clone a remote repo

noahmizrahi March 24, 2020

I just installed SourceTree on my mac and am attempting to clone a remote repository.

It says:

remote: Invalid username or password.

fatal: Authentication failed for 'git repo'

I've followed the install and setup instructions.

I'm able to pull and commit from the repo without source tree.

I'm obviously missing something like "Here's how you setup source tree to use your ssh key".

Plus I'm logged into source tree with my github login that HAS access to this repo.

What else do I have to do with sourceTree to get authenticated?
