After update to OS X Catalina all files are pending to commit?

Those new to the Atlassian Community have posted less than three times. Give them a warm welcome!
I've updated to Mac OS X Catalina 10.15 and suddently all files in all my projects are marked as "pending".
Why is this?
Also, when I click on each of the files that are suppose to be "pending", I can not even see the changes on them:
When I commit one of those files to Github I can see "0 changes" on the commit history of that file:
