The system displays the following message:

Something went wrong
Our team has been notified. If the problem persists, contact Atlassian support
ERROR: YDFSS7

I have solved my problem.
The account administrator checked that my user was created, but no service had been assigned to him.
After he indicated the use of Jira e Confluente, I was able to access it.
