After deleting an old account, it shows up again.

I created an account over two years ago pursuant to my organization's use of BB/ST, and it has affected how ST works ever since.  Our SME helped to delete the account from our end / my client's eyes. but it showed up again and the issue it causes persists.  I cannot clone a branch to local, I cannot push a local branch.  Please advise.  Thank you.
