SourceTree 3.3.9 Starts, Crashes on Multi-Monitor Windows 10 Enterprise

- Tried uninstalling, clearing Users\<user>\AppData\Local\Attlasian and SourceTree directories, then re-installing.  Absolutely No Go.

 

These fixes above, from other posts, do not work at all.

 

I can use the command-line git to our Bitbucket server without issue.

 

Very Frustrated!
